First printed in 1998, Innovations in Food Technology is a professional international quarterly magazine featuring technical articles on functional/health ingredient research, development and applications, safety and analysis and legislation throughout Europe (70% of 10,800 distribution), North America and the Far East. Our readers comprise research and senior management staff in companies manufacturing finished foods, beverages and dietary supplements.
October 2007 marks the launch of a new title, Innovations in Processing and Packaging, as these two sectors have become a rapidly growing part of our business in terms of news items, articles and advertising and now merit their own separate title. Our offices are based in the United Kingdom and France.
